The sky shader now works in radiant
But the items is still black for me :/ But this is an ATI problem according to some.

- added another waypoint on aneurysm
- corrected some errors in campaign.txt

changed shotorg positions for most weapons, they are now all inside the
player bounding box, and most are the same (15 8 -8), only the poorly
placed nex, hagar, and rocket launcher models are other values
changed electro shots to use EF_LOWPRECISION, EF_FULLBRIGHT, and removed
EF_ADDITIVE and glow_size From the secondary shots, they're now much
more obvious and quicker to render
changed mortar shots to be EF_LOWPRECISION

the default teamplay is 3, so this doesn't affect most people)

major audit/cleanup/overhaul of weapon code, all identical code has been
merged between weapons, and the q3 weapon bob code is gone
also disabled the muzzleflash effects on the nex which were ugly, and
changed the nex effects to spawn particle effects at every impact along
the beam, which you can see after the blood clears

changed default cl_forwardspeed, cl_sidespeed, and cl_upspeed to match
default sv_maxspeed since the server qc is stuffcmding these cvars
anyway
disabled server qc weapon bobbing (engine bobbing already enabled so
people should not miss it)

- added sampling rate/channels to sound menu (changing the sampling rate requires a full restart atm)

removed ramp-shaped playerclip brushes on stairs so you can run up
stairs faster, and fixed a leak through the teleporter end of the
teleporter hall, note the map seems to have 'moved' quite a distance
compared to the previous version in svn, I don't know why

changed electro secondary fire to fire continuously (instead of bursts),
increased combo radius, increased lifetime of secondary shots (now 5
seconds instead of 2), now the electro rocks - try bouncing shots around
a corner and then setting them off, you might kill a player or bot
changed electro combo effect to be more impressive
