simplifying Warsow-style physics code even more, as it now can use a common code path with Quake-style physics (the only difference there is is when moving forward only).
This could be done after the observation that CPMA-style acceleration never kicks in in Warsow mode.
The sv_aircontrol is now expected to be zero in Warsow-style mode, as it does nothing in that mode anyway! If you do set it, you get Warsow and CPMA air control added!

Move announcer sounds for remaining map time to CSQC. Fixed resetting the "already played sound"-markers after ready-restart. Client can now define (see audio settings menu) whether he wants:
- no announcer played
- 1minute announcer
- 5minute announcer
- both

Nick flood protection. Death to nick changing scripts!
Punishment level 1: invert movement for 0.5 seconds (after 3 changes in rapid succession)
Punishment level 2: randomize view angles (after 10 changes in rapid succession)
I wish it didn't have to come to this.

Added support for many goals. Best goals will be added to the goal stack in order of importance. This way bots won't get stuck when they reach a main goal too quickly. Up to three best goals will be handled by default.
