changed default cl_forwardspeed, cl_sidespeed, and cl_upspeed to match
default sv_maxspeed since the server qc is stuffcmding these cvars
anyway
disabled server qc weapon bobbing (engine bobbing already enabled so
people should not miss it)

converted b_sky to solid colors (4 colors for up image to have some
antialiasing of the rings, and 1 color for all others), and changed to

- added sampling rate/channels to sound menu (changing the sampling rate requires a full restart atm)

removed ramp-shaped playerclip brushes on stairs so you can run up
stairs faster, and fixed a leak through the teleporter end of the
teleporter hall, note the map seems to have 'moved' quite a distance
compared to the previous version in svn, I don't know why

changed electro secondary fire to fire continuously (instead of bursts),
increased combo radius, increased lifetime of secondary shots (now 5
seconds instead of 2), now the electro rocks - try bouncing shots around
a corner and then setting them off, you might kill a player or bot
changed electro combo effect to be more impressive

made bots play much worse on lower skill settings, part of this was
fixing a bug that made them never fire unless they would directly hit
their target (which broke shotleading and low skill settings)
bots now do less damage to human players on low skill settings (50% at
skill 0, 60% at skill 1... skill 5 or above is 100% damage)
the fixed shotleading means that skill 10 bots are now even more vicious
than before...

removed fire effect from big rocket explosion when underwater (more
consistent with the other explosions)
reduced by 75% the number of bubbles in explosion effects to improve
performance
changed bubbles from rocket/grenade trails to improve performance and
look less silly
