As long as it is broken (no proper race spawnpoints, not playable in actual race), let's remove cyberparcour01.
When the map has had the necessary changes:
- race spawns with race_place set, at least six of them for a map of this size
- playable in actual race => being thrown off the track by a single shot or a small mistake should not typically kill you, but allow you to get back and continue, losing time in the process
feel free to add it back again.
Refer to Docs/mapping.txt for details on putting the race spawns.
I'll keep the textures and shaders in, as they can help other mappers.

As per lordhavoc's suggestion, all rockets are guided now as long as you hold down fire. Rocket becomes unguided if you release button (no laser toggling, but also no stealing).
Guiding is NOT done via laser dot, but it always tries to get into the direction of your crosshair.

Added simple support for bots scripting. It features basic movements and actions, raw client commands and rough conditional execution. cleanup: remove code to load w_*.zym weapon models;
instead make the loading of the v_ model only happen if the h_ model defines the "weapon" tag.
That way, the h_ model can be both an "invisible hand" model, or an old-style "full weapon" model.
Also, note that the engine loads ZYM models properly as ZYM even if renamed to dpm, so there is no need to try all extensions.
All in all, this saves quite some file open calls and should help with dedicated server performance, especially on operating systems with slow file opening (e.g. Windows with a running on-access virus scanner).

Radical change (please test): allow sv_cmd commands in server.cfg; automatically execute server.cfg on dedicated servers
This is done by making a tiny bsp file _init/_init.bsp that causes server initialization to take place.
Result: aggressor is no longer forcefully loaded as first map, so servers should start up a little faster now.
