Quake-style physics with reduced bunnyhopping to try out.
exec physicsdiv0.cfg
to activate,
exec physicsdiv0_undo.cfg
to deactivate. Hope it goes easier on prediction code.

A lot of campaign changes. It covers every map besides two CTF maps, which didn't work at all with the AI. It covers all the gamemodes in the previous version besides Nixnex and cloak. I was going to have low gravity for the silver city map, and slowmo for the Dismal map, but gamemodes would need to be made first.

- fixed bug that players didn't die when health rots to 0
- custom name pre-/suffixes for bots
- moved origin for casings a bit (so you can actually see them in 1st person view) and fixed angle

Recompiled some maps with deluxemapping.
Notes:
- nexdm13 is BROKEN (see http://mensa.ath.cx/~polzer/temp/deluxe/nexdm13.jpg,
the floor); NOT committed!
- nexctf01, nexdm18, nexdm18_1on1remix are slightly broken (one wall texture
seems to have wrong/invalid bumpmaps; see
http://mensa.ath.cx/~polzer/temp/deluxe/nexctf02.jpg)
- moved a spawnpoint on nexdm17 to prevent people from sticking inside the wall
- nexdm17 has a leak; see http://mensa.ath.cx/~polzer/temp/deluxe/nexdm17.lin;
recompile was therefore not possible
Some of these maps have many textures without bumpmaps, especially nexdm12 and
perhaps nexdm15. They might need texture changes and another recompile.

g_balance_teams fixed and defaults to 0 again. If the team selection dialog disappeared for you, this is because of this commit. Change g_balance_teams to 0.

added a menu QC stub for the singleplayer mode; it can be used with the
following commands:
singleplayer_start: resets SP mode and loads the first level
singleplayer_continue: continues from where you left
singleplayer_levellist: lists the available maps

(which can come out pixelated otherwise), stomped out some warnings also
