removed missing sounds
fixed lms winning conditions with urre bots
bots recognize spectator now by killcount == -666 (lms doesn't set frags = -666)
spectators can't be hurt/killed by splashdamage anymore :)
bound MOUSE4/5 to wepnext/prev in default.cfg
some additions to FAQ
fixed texture name in g_rl.md3
