Bots: Swimming support (only to get out of water)
Avoid evaluation of pick-ups under water
Adjusted detection of vertical jumpads
If there is no enemy at sight wear the laser instead of no weapon
Doors recognition (tested only with accident_v3)
Avoid another strategy think if an alternative goal was chosen on the same frame
Fixed some indents and trailing whitespaces (done automatically by codeblocks, sorry)
Other minor fixes/changes

Radical change (please test): allow sv_cmd commands in server.cfg; automatically execute server.cfg on dedicated servers
This is done by making a tiny bsp file _init/_init.bsp that causes server initialization to take place.
Result: aggressor is no longer forcefully loaded as first map, so servers should start up a little faster now.

func_breakable needs no suport for anglesjitter etc. - the support for it is done in SV_OnEntityPreSpawnFunction and is handled for ANY classname!

anglejitter etc.: only touch the float fields when the jitter value is nonzero.
This change should do nothing, but MAYBE works better with the dodgy floats that way.

- When no origin brush is present, spawn the .mdl_dead on the lowest z axis of the original brush instead of dead center
