- sv_cheats now gets only read at startup (just like in the engine)
- fix impulse 99 (now give health and armor too, and does not clear item bits any more)
- campaign levelwarp now is "sv_cmd warp 10"

removed line that set cl_movement_minping to 0 because this belongs in
the engine (engine has been updated accordingly)
removed lines that set r_shadow_bumpscale_* cvars, so that engine
defaults are used (which is no basetexture bumpmapping because it looks
terrible, and r_shadow_bumpscale_bumptexture is already 4 in the engine)

- changed newlines string to #define and added even more \n's to adjust for higher 2D resolution (spectator centerprints were over the crosshair before)
- changed showbrand to 7 in makebuild.sh, so the test-logo is in the upper left corner and not above the chatarea
- added ignores for fteqcc.log files
