first version of assault mode with winning condition. Untested as for
some reason one cannot join assault games (pressing jump doesn't work).
This used to work.

replaced dprint by a QC function that checks for "developer > 0" once per frame.
Side effect: developer 0.5 shows QC dprints only, developer -1 shows engine Con_DPrints only.

send current state of build script to svn. Build will soon move from hector to hagger, though, so it will need changes to build on IA32 instead of IA64.

new cvar bot_vs_human: set to positive value to make an all-bot blue team, set to negative value to make an all-bot red team, the absolute value is the ratio bots vs humans (1 for equal count)

fix "gotomap" command in case a map vote screen is running, or in case a previous chmap failed (so a server that hangs because of a broken mapcfg can be "reanimated" by a vcall chmap)

remove teleport from impulse 99 again, instead make impulse 77 that teleports to personal waypoint, drops and returns the carried flag and also restores the view angle to the one of a preceding impulse 30.
