Fixed a studid typo in the GetFilteredIndex.
The runflag event handler now aborts for hidden items - this should speed up
menu processing quite a bit, Im not sure whether it breaks anything though :-/
Removed a few debug prints.

A lot of work done on the menu, I hope everything works..
Moved all gamemodes into Data::Game, so that it will save and load game
configs correctly again.
Changed the map system to support a more or less clean map filtering.
Needs some clean up and removal of unused code though. But that will be done
*not* now.
Should be ready for release. Only known bug: Changing filtering resets the
first map if the map isnt in the filtered list, but there is nothing I can do
about it right now.

fixed g_fullbrightplayers (so it actually works now - the powerup code was resetting it every frame)
cleaned up .effects values for various projectiles and things, now more use EF_FULLBRIGHT and less use EF_ADDITIVE than before, also muzzleflashes now use EF_LOWPRECISION

-Renamed str_cvar to cvar_string.
-Updated mbuiltins.qc a bit.
-Data_Cvar now retrieves the default value from the engine if defValue is empty
(Unused atm since DP's default value feature isnt working perfectly yet).

reduced g_maxpushtime from 15 to 8 at Urre's suggestion, disabled self-damage reset of trap kills (as you might be trying to laserjump out of a trap)

give kill credit for hazard deaths to whoever pushed you into the hazard, 15 second timer (g_maxpushtime cvar) which is extended if being hurt by a hazard (so even if it takes a while to die in a slime pit the kill credit is still given), various rules to keep this sane... based on a patch at http://www.nexuiz.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=731

added g_balance_falldamage_minspeed g_balance_falldamage_deadminspeed g_balance_falldamage_factor g_balance_falldamage_maxdamage cvars based on a patch at http://www.nexuiz.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=731 (did not apply the 'only falling' damage hack as hitting a wall really is intended to hurt you)
