added: g_projectiles_newton_style
selects different styles of projectile velocity physics:
0 = Quake
1 = Newton
2 = Newton + aimfix
3 = Quake + Newton-like velocity addition (actually not correct, but may have better gameplay)
4 = tZorkian

shotgun is made a bit weaker (slightly bigger spread for primary, much bigger spread for secondary to feel more shotgun like)
crylink is made stronger with less spread on primary and more damage on secondary

RLE compressed all TGAs that had a compression ratio above 98.5% to prevent
ClamAV heuristics to detect "Oversized.Zip". Hope it works.

halved number of shotgun bullets (10->5) and doubled damage (6->12) to
cut down on network traffic from fragbait (aka newly spawned players)

corrected campaign description for silvercity. Its just fraglimit 15 not 20 and the powerups are random in minstagib so the mentioned megahealth was removed too

changed runespawner placement to use droptofloor
changed item spawning to use droptofloor and reenabled MOVETYPE_TOSS by
default (noalign still uses MOVETYPE_NONE) so items can ride moving
platforms (as they could originally in nexuiz)
rewrote player spawn point code to not attempt to fix a broken spawn
point and instead do an objerror (which removes it and prints a
message), and it no longer drops the spawn point to the floor
implemented support for DP_SV_PRINT extension if present

merged nexuiz-linux-glx.sh and nexuiz-linux-sdl.sh into one file, made it choose glx/sdl depending on filename and made the other file into a symlink

removed scr_conforcewhiledisconnected 0 and scr_menuforcewhiledisconnected 1 to make console show after disconnect so people have a chance to see why they got disconnected. In case of a kick they can see why they got kicked.
