Nick flood protection. Death to nick changing scripts!
Punishment level 1: invert movement for 0.5 seconds (after 3 changes in rapid succession)
Punishment level 2: randomize view angles (after 10 changes in rapid succession)
I wish it didn't have to come to this.

Added support for many goals. Best goals will be added to the goal stack in order of importance. This way bots won't get stuck when they reach a main goal too quickly. Up to three best goals will be handled by default.

Try fixing bug on http://alientrap.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=58125#58125 by no longer relying on the FL_NOTARGET flag.
Also, makes possible to fix the cheat "notarget" in the future by making bots and turrets actually honor that field.

Added simple support for bots scripting. It features basic movements and actions, raw client commands and rough conditional execution. It was made completely separated from the bot ai so it can be used with other bots. Although some comands (mostly navigation related) must be implemented on the target ai.
Use sv_cmd bot_cmd help for the list of available commands and usage.
