new logic for func_assault_destructible (it doesn't think, really, it
just needs to react to damage), new global value assault_attacker_team
which carries the color of the currently attacking team (useful for
custom messages and custom sprites), attackers now see "HERE" at
objectives, defenders now see "HELP ME" (todo: better fitting sprites)

== "target_objective". This should be safer as only target_objective is

added spawn point selection code for assault. If spawnpoints target an
entity (that'd be target_objective) they're only active if that targeted
entity has a health >= 0 and health < ASSAULT_VALUE_INACTIVE.
(an objective is fulfilled by bringing its health down to < 0 by
target_objective_decrease, which get fired by triggers)

target_objective and that haven't fired yet now show a "HERE" sprite
(crude way to show players what to attack/defend, needs get replaced
with div0's nice waypoint system sooner or later)

rename entities according to convention, introduce
target_objective_decrease that if triggered decreases the health of
targeted entities (that'd be target_objective entities)
