add shader for eX texture set. Only those textures are in, that have
their own set of _norm, _gloss, etc. files as it's not possible (yet?)
to share normalmaps etc. between different textures.

TODO: Either duplicate the files or implement some shader mechanism
similiar to q4's material files to share normalmaps etc.
