 - Added spy feign function (TeamNexuiz_Feign) & impulse constant
 - Added TeamNexuiz_GunUp/GunDown functions for raising/lowering the first-person gun model
 - Added smooth(ish) player offset movement function (currently used for feign) to spy.c
