setattachment() for uzi muzzle flash... it's currently only visible for the 1st person view, in 3rd person it was way to small and the position was wrong. (perhaps that could be fixed with a second flash, attached to the exterior weapon model)

more controls for teamplay 2:
- g_mirrordamage: team killer will get this factor of damage back (and the same
factor of the force too); idea shamelessly stolen from Tactical Ops ;)
- g_friendlyfire: team mate will get this factor of damage
What about setting teamplay 2 as default but with g_friendlyfire set to 0 - and
adding "friendly fire" and "mirror damage" sliders to the menu?

Nex is too strong... so allow server admins to change the default respawn time of the Nex. Doubling, even tripling might be a good idea.

New parameter for jump pads: height.
|height| = position of the highest point of the jump trajectory, measured from
the higher one of the jumppad and its target
sgn height indicates whether the jump's highest points is reached INSIDE the jump
trajectory (positive) or OUTSIDE (negative). Use negative heights to
target points on the ceiling.

please test: unified W_ThrowWeapon and SpawnThrownWeapon. Nothing should have
changed, apart from the dying-while-throwing-a-weapon bug which should be fixed
by this.

Don't picmip the liftbutton texture (warfare). Players might notice it better now, and players with high picmip.
