turn off dynamic lights from the flag, they're irritating. It's much better without, much easier to see the color of the flag carrier

Please test if these BSPs actually work, and have no bugs. They should be fine, I tested some but not all of them.

changed the AUTO-join button text a bit in hopes it will help people to realise they SHOULD use this one instead of the others. Too bad this is part of the menu code, not csqc so they will not see it before the next release

always add MF_ROTATE for pickup weapons; makes all weapon models rotate, regardless of their flags
(this is so one can use zym files renamed to md3 as model files, to save space, as md3s are HUGE)
