Replaced trunk's centerprint system by the simpler one in branch; this is to
keep trunk and branch in sync.
Eventually, it will get replaced by CSQC stuff anyway, so why keep it
unnecessarily different.

Downer: Teleporters don't eat projectiles anymore (seems all sides of a brush must have #teleport texture now). Reduced portals on stairs etc. Fixed a couple of z-fighting.

new cvar: quit_when_empty - exits the server once it is empty (apart from bots)
at the end of a game. Useful for server admins who use a service manager (like
svsvinit, daemontools, svc or, if nothing else is there, cron or a shell script
with an endless loop) that automatically restarts the server when needed, that
way, they can schedule an engine update to when the server is empty.

A very basic version of the campaign for Strahlemann's map pack. Order is not correct, more infomation on the maps are needed, and a lot more changes with each botcount, fraglimit, and gametype.
