revert the last change in case of the finish line spawns. Now, dying before finish gets you to a last-place spawnpoint (due to race_place getting erased), dying after that gets you back to the very same spawn again, and dying after finish gets you to a race_place 0 spawnpoint.

Only update spotref if we ACTUALLY advanced by a CP. So if you spawn at the finish line spawn, touch the finish, then die, you will ALSO start from the very same spawn again.

1. when respawning after touching a CP, always spawn at a spawn connected to EXACTLY THAT CP (if available).
2. when respawning without touching a CP, always spawn at the same spawn again

race: change checkpoint use
now place-0 spawns of the start CP are only used for dying players who have reached finish. The last place CP is used instead for late comers.
Should break no existing map, but removes the restriction on place-0 placement.

A few things worth mentioning:
- I didn't compile it with -deluxe in the light phase, since the textures don't have bump/norm maps anyway (tried it, but doesn't look good).
In return, the performance increased considerably (+ 15-20%), and I was able to compile a high-res lightmap without performance loss.
- I reduced the amount of portals, I don't know if this could cause problems (compatibility).
- There are a few minor changes with the clipping: on some of the overhead tubes (increased curvature), and new clips for the added archs.
- The new models are prefixed with "v1r1_". The models that are not needed anymore are listed in the compile_redundant.sh scripts, I kept them in since other maps may use them.

add defrag waypoint support to CTS, first time someone finishes a map the code records the checkpoint sequence and saves it in a .defragcp file that it'll then use in the future (mappers should pack them in the pk3 to ensure trolls don't waypoint a map improperly on a server! :P)

move physicsNexrun_dm.cfg to physicsNexrun.cfg, move the old physicsNexrun.cfg to physicsNexrun_old.cfg. (this is to avoid confusion and to "deprecate" the old set since the newer one is used everywhere except the older nexrun maps)

try improving warmup weapon selection code; also:
g_start_weapon_* -2 makes the gun not appear in DM (overrides gametype default), except in allguns game types (like LMS)
