deleted e8jumpspawn gloss/norm textures because they don't look very
good, and when animated they only apply to one of the 7 frames (the
alternative is to copy them for all 7 frames of each of these 3
materials, and eat 12MB of additional video memory - not worth it)

changed weapon_nextthink and ATTACK_FINISHED update checks to use a
slightly different check for burst firing:
self.weapon_nextthink < time - frametime * 1.5
this ought to avoid rounding errors on the comparisons that might be
responsible for varying fire rates

introduce cvar g_balance_rocketlauncher_detonatedelay; when not 0, it inhibits rocket remote detonation until the rocket "lives" for a certain time. Maybe a value of 0.2 would be nice for this to prevent rocketboost exploits... but I'll try that on an actual server first

null -> common/caulk. Apparently "NULL" texture gets applied when clipping brushes sometimes.
Needs recompile AGAIN. (engine complains about not finding null texture).

limit amount of damage gibs/blood to the one for 200 damage (no weapon goes over 200 damage). Fixes HUGE fps drops when team changing.

new command "gametype" to switch gametype, and notify server QC of it... for changing it at runtime to make stuff like chmap votes, suggestmap immediately work

looking in engine source told me I have to add 1024 to ent.colormap for it to actually do something. But why?

fix bug in div0's fix for weird shotgun behavior when up against a wall
- his fix caused all shots to be fired from 1 unit back, even if not
blocked by a wall
