sometimes weapon disappears completely. Maybe the WS_RAISE animation gets cancelled by a later weapon_thinkf? added debug assertion against this.

add shader for eX texture set. Only those textures are in, that have
their own set of _norm, _gloss, etc. files as it's not possible (yet?)
to share normalmaps etc. between different textures.
TODO: Either duplicate the files or implement some shader mechanism
similiar to q4's material files to share normalmaps etc.

commit eX texture set by evillair. The shader issue with shared normalmaps etc.
still has to be resolved, though (either by the engine allowing to specify
the normalmaps etc. in the q3 shaders - thereby extending the shader semantics - or
by duplicating affected files.

added command "gotomap" which does the same as chmap, but forces the
intermission in between
voting for chmap will be remapped to gotomap

added cvar g_weapon_stay (deathmatch 2 is not very intuitive) and fixed bug that players can gain infinite ammo with weapon stay

client does not need maps/%s.cfg any more, it's now stuffed (for cd tracks in downloaded maps to work)
still - can anyone check if that feature is used for anything else than CD tracks?
