added muzzleflash effects for all weapons (most emit light, all emit
particles), this is in addition to the model flashes for some weapons
added trail effect to mortar and hagar projectiles
changed rocket trail and electro trail, and some other tweaks

- electro secondary gets some spread
- hagar gets less spread (to be able to counter the Nex on long range)

The key grabber uses the recent engine commit to be able to grab keys (so binding F keys works too). It will fail in previous engines. Update your engines, people!

Suddenly found a starship.map on my computer ;)
The de-recompiled bsp is faster than the BSP here before (by 28% to 35%), so committing it too.

after multiple requests, making Nex beam fade (and expand) faster. It now fades twice as fast, and expands 1.5 times as fast.

tag_weapon? No, Q3A uses that for some RANDOM PLACE INSIDE THE MODEL. Use tag_attachweaponhere until further notice.
