r_shadow_realtime_world_dlightshadows is dead! Long live r_shadow_realtime_dlight_shadows!
Set dphitcontentsmask on keys/flags so they honor playerclip. No more flags/keys in unreachable places!
Removed an annoying dprint in KH.
Map voting now runs in CheckRules_World, fixes the "31 seconds" bug.
minplayers now doesn't honor spectators in LMS and Arena game mode any more.

trunk/branch merge:
- all sound references now use the .wav extension
- More detailed error message when trying to switch weapon (Dresk)
- fix angle for missiles when turning
- fix stralenex1 grate alpha (for dieselpower)
- deactive autogenerated bumpmaps because they look ugly

- New game mode: Key Hunt
- switched yellow and pink team
- play2 function
- Weapon throwing uses Newton
- minplayers/bot_number no longer get changed by QC code (prevents suddenly appearing bot_number)
- info_player_deathmatch now does all the work, including setting classname
- fix a division by zero message in havocbots (annoying when developer 1, but harmless)
