As usual I can't test my changes, and seeing as this is a fairly major change, I hope someone can do the extensive testing required to see if it works.
Among other minor changes, Urrebots now save paths between navnodes, for faster navigation.
This commit presents the saved paths as chat bubble icons across the map, and the bots should say "boo hoo!" if they can't find a saved path, if they work at all that is.

made the menu choice for bots select bot type based on availability of navnodes, rather than automaticly selecting mauvebots.
bot_number is now used for the automaticly selected bot type, mauvebots use the variable and cvar mauvebots.
Fixed some quite potential lms bugs, bots are clients, not other entities, someone test if lms works with bots.
Removed an unused variable in w_nex.c

- Added func_slippery and func_ice for slippery surfaces. They have the properties:
.area_min
.area_max
.slip_amount (sv_friction is divided by .slip_amount)
- Added Scourge of Armagon rotate functions
- Added "anyflag" property for q3f/tn flags and goals
- Added "team_owner" property for q3f/tn goals

- Added new game type: SandBall (check tf_ball.c)
- Added new text graphics for the engineer build menu. Text for cells/metal changes color depending if you have enough of either to build the particular selection.

- Fixed spawn bug which can occur on CTF maps (like nexctf02) where the player will spawn at an info_player_deathmatch spawn instead of a team spawn.
