Add a team check to trigger_teleport and trigger_push, for team-owned teleporters and jumppads (e.g. for onslaught).
Team-owned jumppads can also be used as force fields that only one team can pass (use the INVERT_TEAM spawnflag for that).

Downsized weaponskins to 512x512. Does look about the same to me.
Maybe we can disable TC now?
This commit can be reverted if there are any good arguments for having huge skins :)

experimental new jumppad handling code, probably buggy - has to be tested a lot I think
currently dprints value calculated in old and new way, but still uses old way

fix some serious csqcprojectile bugs (regarding collisions with bmodels).
Now there is some visible jitter that wasn't there before wehn they're lying on a bmodel, but they no longer do the wrong thing.

remove unused (w_*.zym for the models that weren't in 2.4.2 - the 2.4.2 ones are still needed for compatibility) and broken unused (hlacmod, flamethrower) models as they wouldn't work if code were to be implemented for them (they're sourceless, and need changes to work in SVN anyway)
