version nag feature - non-SVN clients get a message about different version
between server and client once per game. No further action is taken as long

A very basic version of the campaign for Strahlemann's map pack. Order is not correct, more infomation on the maps are needed, and a lot more changes with each botcount, fraglimit, and gametype.
