Do not use sv_defaultcharacter in team matches. This stops brightskins from being used which will be used on both team so its hard to tell who is on which team

changed electro ammo costs to 2/2 (they were 4/1), lowered electro
primary damage by 11%, raised electro secondary damage by 100%, and
lowered electro combo damage by about 30% (reduced core damage by 12.%
and edge damage is now 0)

- added another waypoint on aneurysm

changed shotorg positions for most weapons, they are now all inside the
player bounding box, and most are the same (15 8 -8), only the poorly
placed nex, hagar, and rocket launcher models are other values
changed electro shots to use EF_LOWPRECISION, EF_FULLBRIGHT, and removed
EF_ADDITIVE and glow_size From the secondary shots, they're now much
more obvious and quicker to render
changed mortar shots to be EF_LOWPRECISION

major audit/cleanup/overhaul of weapon code, all identical code has been
merged between weapons, and the q3 weapon bob code is gone
also disabled the muzzleflash effects on the nex which were ugly, and
changed the nex effects to spawn particle effects at every impact along
the beam, which you can see after the blood clears

fixed grate texture used in warfare to not be mipmapped (since that
causes artifacts like the grate disappearing in the distance)

changed default cl_forwardspeed, cl_sidespeed, and cl_upspeed to match
default sv_maxspeed since the server qc is stuffcmding these cvars
anyway
disabled server qc weapon bobbing (engine bobbing already enabled so
people should not miss it)

converted b_sky to solid colors (4 colors for up image to have some
antialiasing of the rings, and 1 color for all others), and changed to
tga format to save space
