known bugs:
- doesn't work on dedicated servers (engine bug)

- Health no longer regenerates for targets with 2 HP or less
- Tried to fix bug where players with 2 health see the dead player view offset quickly and then see the normal offset.

made the menu choice for bots select bot type based on availability of navnodes, rather than automaticly selecting mauvebots.
bot_number is now used for the automaticly selected bot type, mauvebots use the variable and cvar mauvebots.
Fixed some quite potential lms bugs, bots are clients, not other entities, someone test if lms works with bots.
Removed an unused variable in w_nex.c

- Added metal extractor (still needs work)
- Added transparent effect to objects being built
- Added Extractor menu

- Added beta engineer build menu as class special ability (impulse 20)
- th_die function is executed when a non-player object "dies". If the object has no th_die value, the function is ignored.
- Added th_use .void. This is the function that gets executed when that object is activated by someone pressing the use key (extractor uses it)

- Team Bubble Entity now uses setattachment function instead of constantly setting origin above player (saves some bandwidth and also sticks to the player better)

- Added sprite entity that spawns over players and is visible to teammates (from nexuiz 1.3)
- Added system to detect if client is using bloom in ClientCommand parse code
- Flash grenades will not display bloom effects if "r_bloom" is not on
