- minplayers/bot_number no longer get changed by QC code (prevents suddenly appearing bot_number)
- info_player_deathmatch now does all the work, including setting classname
- fix a division by zero message in havocbots (annoying when developer 1, but harmless)

LH's weapon settings changes (faster electro)
LH's weapon/pickup config/map restructures
Q3 physics mode
credits now include Qantourisc
merged maps from trunk (we can now delete files)
removed GLSL shader (we can now delete files)
radius damage now uses the player's view origin, not center
optional laser secondary (off by default)
bots use both fire modes (Qantourisc)
rockets can accelerate when set up that way (havoc)
rot/regen can be linear now

maplist commands now edit directly using gamecommand;
adminmsg command;
waypointsprites now fade out in one second when dead;
m0rfar's crosshairs;
hit sounds only once per frame;
hit sounds for spectators;
weapon display for spectators;
attach sprites to local player and make them exteriormodeltoclient;
work around fteqcc warning by changing Item_SpawnFunc to Item_SpawnByItemCode

from trunk: shotgun is made a bit weaker (slightly bigger spread for primary, much bigger spread for secondary to feel more shotgun like)
crylink is made stronger with less spread on primary and more damage on secondary

reenabled new nexgun effect but removed liquidfriction which is MUCH better at fps and make it type smoke so it can be disabled with cl_particles_smoke 0
