Radical change (please test): allow sv_cmd commands in server.cfg; automatically execute server.cfg on dedicated servers
This is done by making a tiny bsp file _init/_init.bsp that causes server initialization to take place.
Result: aggressor is no longer forcefully loaded as first map, so servers should start up a little faster now.

At least make radiant open the main electro skin. It still can't open the shaders. Radiant expects "textures/" prefix on those.

func_breakable needs no suport for anglesjitter etc. - the support for it is done in SV_OnEntityPreSpawnFunction and is handled for ANY classname!

anglejitter etc.: only touch the float fields when the jitter value is nonzero.
This change should do nothing, but MAYBE works better with the dodgy floats that way.

- .mdl_dead would work best with an origin, but it shouldn't require one; I added a small hack to send it to the middle of the brush entity if no origin brush is present.
