Recompiled some maps with deluxemapping.

Notes:
- nexdm13 is BROKEN (see http://mensa.ath.cx/~polzer/temp/deluxe/nexdm13.jpg,
  the floor); NOT committed!
- nexctf01, nexdm18, nexdm18_1on1remix are slightly broken (one wall texture
  seems to have wrong/invalid bumpmaps; see
  http://mensa.ath.cx/~polzer/temp/deluxe/nexctf02.jpg)
- moved a spawnpoint on nexdm17 to prevent people from sticking inside the wall
- nexdm17 has a leak; see http://mensa.ath.cx/~polzer/temp/deluxe/nexdm17.lin;
  recompile was therefore not possible

Some of these maps have many textures without bumpmaps, especially nexdm12 and
perhaps nexdm15. They might need texture changes and another recompile.
